Terms of Service

Please read these terms before placing a commission. If anything is unclear, contact me first.

I may decline a commission if the character design or art idea is not a good fit for my work.
My work may not be used to train AI, sold to third parties, printed for commercial purposes without the required commercial permission, or edited in a discriminatory manner.
Please do not edit my delivered work or present personal edits as the final product I delivered. If you need changes to your model or artwork, contact me to discuss a revision.
I retain the copyright and commercial rights to my creations. Any permitted use is limited to the permissions agreed for your commission.
I do not accept commissions involving discriminatory, political, religiously offensive, sexually explicit or taboo subjects.
A minimum payment of 25% of the commission total is required before I begin work. Payment by installments is available for eligible commissions; see Art Delivery and Details.
Refunds may be requested within 3 days of placing your commission. After the third day, refunds are only available if I am unable to complete the commission. A deposit may also be refunded if work has not started, or if valid circumstances mean you can no longer continue the commission. These situations will be discussed individually.

You may use my work for personal use, branding and content creation, including streams and thumbnails. Credit to Moritsuki is required whenever my work is used.
Using my work on merchandise — including physical goods, keychains, stickers and prints — requires an additional fee of 100% of the original commission price.
Using my art for membership tiers or paid service rewards requires an additional fee of 50% of the original service price.
If you intend to resell my work, you must contact me and receive approval before proceeding. Resale may be considered if you are changing your design, rebranding or leaving VTubing; resale as a commercial scheme is not permitted.
If you trade or transfer a model, artwork or package that includes my work, please tell me the new owner's username in advance.

I may showcase your commission on my social media, from work-in-progress previews to the finished piece. If you require privacy, an NDA must be agreed and the additional fee of 50% paid. I regularly share WIP updates during the process.
I will not replicate another artist's style.
I do not accept commissions that portray my religion in a distasteful manner or go against my religious boundaries, including sexualised nun or demon/succubus designs.
A chargeback on a completed commission will result in the client being blacklisted from future projects. I may also report the incident to relevant artists.

Minor adjustments are permitted during the sketch stage. After the sketch stage, up to 5 revisions are allowed. Depending on the amount of work required, revision fees range from US$5 to US$25.
A minimum payment of 25% of the commission total is required before I begin work. The full balance must be paid before the finished commission is delivered.
Installment payments are available only for services priced above US$100.
Each installment must be at least US$50. There is no fixed limit on the number of installments, provided each payment is at least US$50; for example, payments may be split into US$50 + US$100. The schedule will be agreed in advance.
